We aim to ensure a relaxing experience whenever you need it. Grab one of our mobile-phone „Sleeping Bags“ at reception to enjoy a relaxing digital detox during your visit.

TO + DO 

In order to ensure we can prepare your treatment individually we kindly ask you to let us know at the SPA reception 15 minutes prior to starting. In order to ensure the satisfaction of all guests we ask you to respect that being late for your appointment will see a reduction in the time of your treatment.

All sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before.
We charge the full price of the treatment for cancellations made afterwards.

CARE + MORE

We want to make sure you have the best possible experience. That's why we kindly ask you to inform us of any physical complaints or allergies you have or medication you are taking. As all our treatments are individually prepared, we will ask you for your personal preferences before your session.

DRESS + CODE

We advise you come to your treatment in a dressing gown. Throughout your session we will elaborately cover you. We kindly request you were swimming attire whilst using the pool and sports attire and shoes in the gym. Feel free to use the sauna with or without swimming attire.

PURE + CLEAN 

We kindly ask you to shower before and after each massage as well as prior to using the pool or sauna.

KIDS + KIND

Our saunas and areas of relaxation are places of tranquility and only open to adults. Guests from the age of 16 may use our facilities when accompanied by an adult.
The pool is open to children being supervised by an adult from 10 am to 5 pm.

HOTEL + INFO

Access to our wellness area is included for in-house guests of the Andaz Munich Schwabinger Tor. Kindly note that you can unwind from the day of your arrival (after check-in) until the very last moment on your day of departure (until check out time). If you wish to extend your relaxation time with us - no worries, for just a small fee.
